The General Maintenance Company was established in the early 90s to maintain the growing number of repossessed properties that banks and building societies had on their books. We carry out a wide variety of maintenance works to vacant properties throughout the UK. Our services can range from pest control to building works and refurbishments - any works which will put the property in a marketable condition.
Today our core work is providing one-off maintenance quotes to asset management companies on residential and commercial properties. We also carry out planned maintenance such as ongoing gardening, visit reports and insurance company required drain downs to relocation and part exchange properties.
Our office staff of 10 based in West Sussex direct a nationwide network of contractors that we have built up over the years.
